How many videos do you get sent a day? Who is from and is it worth downloading? Before, we were never able to see a video before opening the chat, but WhatsApp's new update may change that.
Recently, WhatsApp made its iOS beta app available to the public. Now, the company is said to be testing out a new feature! The new feature will allow iPhone users to view videos that have been sent on WhatsApp directly in the push notification panel.

This means that users will no longer have to access the app to see a video that has been sent from an individual or a group chat. This new feature was announced after Apple revealed that it is removing all WhatsApp sticker apps from the App Store.
Android users, we're sorry but you'll probably have to wait a little longer for the update. The new feature is currently being tested on iOS beta users. WABetaInfo reported that beta users who have installed the 2.18.102.5 version, should be seeing the new feature soon.
However, details about how the feature will work on the notification panel has not been shared. The WhatsApp beta tracker does note that stable app users on iOS will be able to download the new feature soon via an App Store update. No word has been received for Android users just yet.
Life would definitely be a little bit more easier with the new feature!
