Everyone knows about the game, Fortnite either from the character appearances or from the famous dance moves that came out from the game… and now it’s all GONE.
The online battle royale game has been teasing that “The End” was coming for a few weeks and it actually did! The live event showed a countdown clock striking zero and a rocket launching into the sky.
The rocket caused a rift in the sky, setting off a chain reaction with rockets smashing into the “zero point” beneath the giant meteor and vanishing before…
…another rift opens up in the sky! Players were knocked into the sky as the meteor smashed into the zero point and created a cyclone, sucking everything into it and then… nothing. Nothing but a black hole.
Players that are still in the game can only see a black hole on the screen and nothing is playable. Players started panicking and others started posting funny memes and videos online.
But some players noticed some mystical numbers starting to float around the black hole and disappearing and they've started deciphering what the numbers mean.
Using the numbers they've gathered as a guide, they corresponded the words and formed a set of recordings from The Visitor from the season 10 overtime challenges and came up with these words.
The numbers so far are: 11, 146, 15, 62, 87, 14, 106, 2, 150, 69, 146, 15, 36, 2, 172, 8, 160, and 65. And the complete text is "I was not alone. Others were outside the Loop. This was not calculated. The moment is now inevitable."
While there’s nothing you can do now, one player discovered that you can actually play a hidden mini game by pressing (up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, start).
If you’re among the ones panicking, the Italian App Store accidentally leaked what’s coming for the game with a new map, default skin and boats which will be called Fortnite Chapter 2!
China’s Fortnite also teased a live event coming and it should be happening really soon!
