The Lion King and Aladdin are undoubtedly amongst the most famous Disney movies. And back in the 90s’, the games were just as popular too!
GameStop Con just revealed that the Aladdin and The Lion King games that were first released for Sega Genesis/SNES in 1992 and 1994 will be remastered soon!
It’s still unsure when the remastered versions of the games will be released but one thing's for sure, they will include the original soundtracks from the original games!
The original Disney’s Aladdin game sold over four million copies for Genesis and was considered as one of the bestselling games at the time! You will play as Aladdin and go through several platforming levels based on locations from the movies.
The Lion King game follows the journey of Simba from a young cub to battling the evil Scar as an adult lion.
The two games will get a proper announcement to reveal what gameplay changes are and will be available to pre-order tomorrow!
