Your Votes Are In! Here Are 16 McDonald’s Restaurants That Will Now Be Known As Mekdi!

Since last week, you guys voted relentlessly for your favourite McDonald’s restaurants to be given the honorary title ‘Mekdi’ and the results are in!

Initially, McDonald’s were only giving the name to ten restaurants, but thanks to all of your enthusiastic response, they decided to award six more branches!

Check out the list below to see if one of the 16 restaurants is the one you voted for:

9. McDonald’s Kuala Pilah DT
10. McDonald’s Api-Api

If your fave restaurants made it, head on over ASAP to check out the Mekdi signage and celebrate! Take pictures and post it onto Facebook or the ‘gram with the hashtags #Mekdimalaysia and #TeamMekdi.

However, if they didn’t win, fret not because you can still ‘see’ the Mekdi sign through a special AR filter. Simply look for the AR poster in any McDonald’s restaurant, use the app and scan over the poster and, voila, you’ll be able to see the signage!
