Many of us work hard to buy ourselves certain things but some of us are lucky enough to have parents who are willing to buy stuff for us.

And then… there’s this 22-year-old, spoilt, man-child.

At a car dealership in China recently, things went really wrong when the 22-year-old son of a father-son duo who were visiting the shop, decided to persuade/force his father to get him a brand new car, by scratching one of the models on display!

According to surveillance footage from the inside of a BMW showroom in Shangrao city in Jiangxi province, the unidentified man can be seen swiping at the rear door of a blue sedan with a key.

This resulted in a long scratch along the brand new car.

The Shanghaiist reported that the 22-year-old had purposely scratched the car in order to force his father to buy the car for him.

Immediately after damaging the car, the son told a dealership employee that he was planning on purchasing the car. The employee then called the police because of the damaged property.

Upon the police’s arrival, the 22-year-old explained that the car would be paid for by his father.

He went on to claim that his father had promised to buy him a car as a reward for getting his license, and because his dad had not bought him one, he decided to force his father into making the purchase by damaging the car.

While that may have seemed like a great plan for the son, it looked like he didn’t foresee that damaging the car would cost him some jail time.

Reports stated that the son was detained briefly for his actions but there has been no confirmation as to whether his father actually ended up buying the car for him.

Now that’s some seriously entitled behaviour there.

Do you know of anyone who’s as spoilt as this 22-year-old? Let us know!
