One boy in China has unfortunately felt the side effects of the stay-at-home lifestyle.

Those of us who’ve chosen the snack-life during the MCO probably have one fear in mind, weight gain.
If you’ve tried on any pre-MCO clothes recently, you might have realised that they feel a little more snug than usual.
A six-year-old boy from Henan, China adorably laughed off his quarantine-weight gain as he struggled to squeeze into his school uniform shirt!
A video was recently uploaded to Weibo and it shows the boy eagerly preparing for school to start again but he only had one problem, he couldn’t fit into his school shirt.
His grandmother is seen attempting to button up the shirt, but she can only do so when the boy sucks in a deep breath!
Even after they managed to get the buttons done, you can see that the shirt is still straining at the seams.
As the boy struggles into his school uniform, both he and his grandmother laugh heartily at the situation.
According to Henan.china.com, the boy’s mother said that he had gained so much of weight during the lockdown period and he had now come to weigh 74.5kg – and that’s quite an achievement for a six–year-old!
