First there was Narwhal, the puppy with a tail growing out of his forehead, then there was Hulk who was born with lime-green fur. Now, we have Kevin, the one-eyed Cyclops puppy.

A newborn puppy has got the world talking after it was found that the puppy was born with just one eye placed in the centre of his head.
The “real-life Cyclops” was named Kevin after the Minions character who also had only one eye.
“People said that he looks like the yellow cartoon character with one eye, so we named him after that,” said owner Somjai Phummaman.

The puppy was born in Central Thailand to owners Somjai and his wife Amphan; and was one of two puppies born to their mother.
Kevin is currently being bottle-fed by his owners and is said to be as fit as a fiddle.
“We have taken good care of him so far,” said Somaji’s daughter, Parn. “He cannot be breastfed the proper way, so we have to hand feed him with the milk bottle.”
Besides his unusual single eye, Kevin was also born with extremely large lips and an unusual piece of skin on his forehead.

According to Somjai, residents from all over have been making their way to have a look at the peculiar looking puppy.
“We are hoping that the puppy survives, even though he has a deformity,” Somjai said. “We want to keep him as a pet. Everybody has been amazed by him and says that it is a lucky sign.”
