First there was Bubble Tea Hotpot, then there was Boba Omelets and now, there’s Boba Tea Crabs.
Yup, you read that right. Boba Tea Crabs.

The bubble tea craze is taking things to new levels with the introduction of boba in various types of dishes. Gone are the days where boba only existed in drinks, the delicious bubbles are now making their way around into cooked dishes!
A restaurant in Kuala Lumpur decided to take things up a notch by introducing a brand new dish to its customers, the Boba Tea Crab.

The Crab Generation restaurant’s new invention has gotten a lot of attention from netizens who are either interested to try it or disgusted by the thought of crabs with boba.
The crabs are drenched in butter-milk sauce and a generous amount of black sugar pearls are added into the mix.

Reportedly, the pearls add a chewy texture to the crab once you’ve bitten into the juicy flesh. We’ll take their word for it.
