Some voices from animated movies and tv shows leave an impact in our heads over the years and unfortunately, one iconic voice actor has passed away.
Brice Armstrong, the narrator of the original Dragon Ball series who also voiced many of the other characters in the Dragon Ball universe has died at the age of 84.
The agency wrote in a statement that Brice Armstrong has “died of natural causes at his home at age 84”.
“Although many of you might not know Brice’s work, as he retired in 2009, many more of you knew Brice as an exceedingly talented voice actor, and a very sweet, funny guy.”
The characters that Brice has voiced in the Dragon Ball series includes, Captain Ginyu and Lord Slug in Dragon Ball Z.
He also voiced characters from Fullmetal Alchemist, Yu Yu Hakusho, Lupin III, Case Closed and many other titles.
Fans have been tweeting tributes to the late Brice Armstrong on twitter, thanking him for voicing characters that made up their childhood
