Lately, rumours have been going around with signs that life in Hawkins, Indiana, might just be coming to an end on Stranger Things.
Ever since the filming of Season Three came to an end, fans have been speculating that the end is near. Stranger Things’ star, Millie Bobby Brown, didn't help the situation when she posted this Instagram story on the last day of shooting:
She told fans that she was going to "cry all day fyi" and also wrote individual messages to her co-stars, Sadie Sink and Noah Schnapp. To Sadie, she wrote, "I cant say goodbye" and to Noah, she told him that it was "not okay".
The actress also uploaded black and white photos of her and Sadie hugging, captioning it: "As we said goodbye, I gave my best friend the biggest hug and told her I loved her so much. My sister forever @sadiesink_".
Millie later shared a teary selfie that included watery eyes and red nose, simply captioned: "Told u…. *crying emoji*"

It’s no wonder why everyone was worried that their favourite kids from Hawkins would be saying goodbye forever to Stranger Things. Luckily, Millie has come out to set the record straight.
The actress appeared on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, where she was questioned about her posts that have sent fans into a frenzy. Millie denied the theory.
She said, "No! I'm just a very emotional person. When it comes to my closest people, like, I'm not good at goodbyes."

Millie went on to say that the photo was taken on the last day of the season.
"Of the season, not the show," she emphasised. "The season."
But did she slip up by accidentally revealing too much on her social media? Millie denied this again saying, "I'm a very emotional person. I can't say goodbye to people. It gives me serious, like, sadness and anxiety. So when I had to say goodbye to my best friend, Sadie, I just broke down. Also, catering, that was a tough one."
We're gonna take Millie's word for it.
