An Asian man has gone viral on the internet for being the absolute spitting image of Elon Musk!
It all started when a video was posted on Douyin - China's version of TikTok, which showed a man leaning into a black car and looking at the camera. Viewers were immediately shocked and thought it was Elon himself but upon closer inspection, they knew they were mistaken.
The mystery Asian man had an almost perfect resemblance to the CEO of Tesla that we had to take a second look too!
People have dubbed this unnamed individual “Yi Long Musk” in the comments section and he’s taken the internet by storm ever since.

Some social media users pointed out that the video could be faked, as there are many apps and filters that allow users to put a face on someone else's body. So, bear in mind… we don’t actually know if this isn’t just an app or a filter that made “Yi Long Musk” famous.
Unfortunately there is no way to tell and prove if the video is faked as the identity of the man has not been revealed and no one has laid claim to it. Hmm…who could this person be?
If it turns out to be real, then Mr. Elon Musk may want to update his phone security because this guy could definitely use the device's face ID to log in into his phone. Eek!
But for real tho…this guy can roam around in China and get away with saying he was recently named TIME Magazine's Person of the year, LOL!
If the mystery guy really does look like Elon Musk irl, he’ll definitely have big expectations to fill… Maybe it’s a good thing he’s choosing to remain anonymous…
