Fortnite is undeniably one of the biggest and most well-known Battle Royale game out there along with PUBG and what makes Fortnite one of a kind is the dance moves!
The game is popular for having viral dance moves in their game as “emotes” that you can trigger anytime in the game. Among the most recognizable ones are definitely the dab, and floss dance move.
But it seems like these dances are getting the game creators in trouble now, with two artists now filing lawsuits for stealing and copyrighting their dance.
Actor Alfonso Ribeiro says that the “fresh emote” in the game is an exact copy of “The Carlton Dance” that he came up with in the 90’s sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
Rapper 2 Milly has also filed is lawsuit for stealing his “Milly Rock” moves, saying that it’s “unethical business practice” for taking his moves and selling it as their own.
