Fans will be over the moon to know that J.K. Rowling recently announced that she would be releasing four new eBooks in the Harry Potter franchise!
In an all-new series called Harry Potter: A Journey Through…, the author will release four short stories. The new series is heavily inspired by the British Library exhibition and its companion books, Harry Potter: A History of Magic.

Harry Potter: A Journey Through… will delve deeper into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry’s lessons. These books will feature four non-fiction stories: Harry Potter: A Journey Through Charms and Defence Against the Dark Arts, Harry Potter: A Journey Through Potions and Herbology, Harry Potter: A Journey Through Divination and Astronomy and Harry Potter: A Journey Through Care of Magical Creatures.

Each book will take fans into Hogwarts’ classrooms while teaching them a new magical lesson.
“In addition to exploring the origins of magic through history and folklore, the eBook shorts will also feature notes, manuscript pages and charming sketches as previously seen in Harry Potter: A History of Magic,” Pottermore notes.

Harry Potter: A Journey Through Charms and Defence Against the Dark Arts and Harry Potter: A Journey Through Potions and Herbology will be available on 27th June while the next two books will be released in the following months.
