Malaysian From Johor Became Mandopop Idol After Defeating 91 Contestants!

More and more Malaysian singers are getting recognition outside of Malaysia and You Zhang Jing is the latest one after becoming a Mandopop idol in China!

100 contestants joined the China reality show Idol Producer 2018 and You Zhang Jing, from Johor defeated 91 of them, taking the winning spot in the reality show along with eight other contestants!

The nine final winners of the reality show will form a boy band after four months of training sessions. And so we have it, You Zhang Jing is now a member of the Mandopop group “Nine Percent” and we are all super proud!

Zhang Jing is often praised for his powerful vocals and is said to be one of the best main vocal singer in the competition! Good looks and voice, seems like he has the best of both worlds!
