The best part? This can all be done easily from Mesra's redemption portal.
You can now manage your points and make your redemptions via the portal! All you have to do is login to mymesra.com.my and verify your information.
Then, checkout the item you'd like to redeem and key in the OTP pin sent to your mobile.
You can view your e-voucher in the 'My Rewards' page. Once you're at the merchant outlet, press 'Redeem Now' to get your e-voucher. Present it to the cashier to key in their merchant password.
It's that simple!
