As Malaysians, we all know what a good plate of mi goreng can do for our happiness. Some may argue that it’s especially good coming from a mamak, others will say that it’s better when cooked at home.

Either way, we love our mi goreng in any shape, form or size!

A while ago, the “Mi Goreng Toastie” made its way around but this time, mi goreng has been elevated to a higher level… or tiers if you will…

Introducing the Indomie Mi Goreng cake!

An Indonesian company called Tot Aw – which is short for “Totally Awesome”,  decided to take a household favourite and leveled it up by introducing Mi Goreng cakes that you can have for a wedding or a birthday!

If you’re thinking of getting the wedding cake version of this unique cake, you can expect three-tiers of your all time favourite snack, decked out with beautiful flowers and more.

Each wedding cake is said to use as many as 17 packets of mi goreng!

If a wedding is nowhere in your near future, a birthday cake definitely is, so why not get yourself a birthday cake that you and your guests will remember forever?

The Indonesian company is not just well known for their mi goreng cakes, they’re also known for making fried Indomie donuts that are crispy to the bite!

Coated with breadcrumbs, customers can choose from a variety of flavours of donuts suck as the original, egg, stuffed shredded chicken, corned cheese, fish and more.

Unfortunately, there is a downside to this delicious looking cakes. As of now, Tot Aw is only available in Indonest. But if you’re travelling there soon, why not place an order and treat yourself to a Mi Goreng cake or donut? We’d go for the donut!
