Movies are boring sometimes and we tend to fall asleep in the cinema but waking up to a stranger holding your hand is probably something that no one would expect, and it happened to a Malaysian girl!
A girl recently shared a post on a confession page saying that she had recently gone on a movie date with her friends to watch Aladdin but they didn’t show up so she went for the movie alone and that’s when she noticed a handsome guy sitting next to her.
She explained that she fell asleep for about 20 minutes while watching the movie and when she woke up she realised that the handsome guy was holding her hand!
She tried to let go of his hand but he gripped on tighter and she gave in at the end. They both parted ways after the movie ended but she didn’t get his phone number.
That’s when she decided to post on the confession page and surprisingly 12 hours later, another post went up stating that she managed to find the guy.
“I’m the girl who watched Aladdin and met the handsome guy next to me. Thanks to this page, I managed to find the guy as he was one of the people who liked the original post. We chatted for a while and confirmed that we were indeed sitting next to each other in the cinema,” she said in her follow-up post.
They went out for a meal and agreed to start out as friends. “I’m really happy that my friends decided to cancel at the last minute so that I can meet this new friend of mine.”
We don’t know whether this story is creepy or romantic but we hope they can be happy together!
