Many of us are always searching for that perfect diet to help us lose weight and look great. Unfortunately, most of these diets look totally unappetizing and often, we lose interest in them fast.
This Malaysian woman however, may have just found a new diet that not only works but also looks incredible!

Not many people know about the “Quarter-Quarter-Half” diet but Nurain Sazila is out here to prove that the diet does indeed help in losing weight.
According to her Facebook post, the diet had helped Nurain to lose 13kgs in just 3 months!

But what we’re sure helped Nurain achieve her weight loss goal also is her beautiful plating skills.

“These are a few platings from my ‘diet suku suku separuh’”, she wrote. “All the pictures belong to me and there are a few different plating versions according to my moods.”
“Thank God, I am now 57kg from 75kg previously,” Nurain shared.

Nurain even added in some tips for those who are inspired to take on this diet.
“For beginners, it’s easy to practice the diet,” she shared. “If you want to stay full, be sure to add in extra fibre onto your plate.”
“I lost 13kgs in 3-4 months time,” Nurain added. “After that, I continued the diet slowly as long as I was happy and not stressed from dieting.”
“The key to losing weight? Patience.”
“You need to be patient to lose wight,” she adviced. “Even aiming for 2kgs a month will help because 2kg x 12 months (1 year) = 24kg. Slowly but surely!”

However, Nurain also notes that a healthy, beautiful-looking diet is not the only thing that helped her to lose the 13kgs.

In another post, she added that she would exercise three to five times a week that included weight training and cardio exercises.
Nurain said that she begin her diet at the end of 2018 and has managed to keep up with a consistent diet that was healthy and well-balanced.

She would also monitor her fat loss and muscle mass as she states that her “Focus is on a long-term diet and a diet that we can continue for a long time.”
Nurain also ensured that her diet and exercise regimen was healthy by visiting the doctors every six months, to get a check up on her sugar and cholesterol levels.
“The food is never wrong, we are in the wrong for always overeating,” she added. “Practice a healthy and well-balanced diet. Slowly but surely!”
