If you’re a Lord Of The Rings or Tolkien universe fan, you’re in luck because five seasons have just been confirmed for the new upcoming LOTR TV series!
Amazon will be producing the series, and the first season will most likely focus on the story of a young Aragon as “he’s fostered by Elrond in Rivendell and learns the truth of his royal bloodline”.
The series will not be retelling the events of the War of the Ring, and will be “appendices-based and cover a lot of time and history”.
A casual budget of US$1 billion (about RM4 billion) was given to the series, and we certainly can’t wait to see what special effects and story the series will carry!
