We’ve seen quite a few heartwarming stories coming out from the Movement Control Order and one of these stories that has captured our hearts is the one of a policeman on duty who saved a puppy that had fallen into a drain.
And netizens are not the only ones who have noticed the policeman’s good deed.

In case you didn’t hear, a policeman from the Shah Alam district police who was on MCO duty, recently went viral for rescuing a puppy that had fallen into a monsoon drain.
Kpl Mohd Azad Azady Mohd Tarmizee received endless praise from his superiors and netizens all over for prompt actions.
According to the corporal, he was on his rounds when he heard the cries of a puppy and upon further inspection; he spotted the puppy in the drain.
"I then rescued the puppy without a second thought," said the policeman.
The police officer did not only receive praise from netizens and his superiors but he also recently received a letter of commendation from Tengku Permaisuri of Selangor Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin from his heartwarming actions.
Selangor Ruler Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah’s assistant private secretary Muhammad Syahir Hasan presented the letter to Kpl Mohd Azad in a simple ceremony on Friday.
