Alexander James O'Connor (born May 4, 1998), or Rex Orange County, is an English singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter. He gained prominence 2017 with several features on Tyler, the Creator's Grammy-nominated album Flower Boy, including the hit single "Boredom."

In the slip, there’s a link to www.a-t.world that leads to a website with cryptic messages. When you go to the website, you will be transported to a doctor’s office and equipped with a filing cabinet, files, phone, desk and doctor’s coat.

Some say that 20th August is the release date of the new album and the poster that says ‘LOOK ME IN THE EYE’ and a doctor’s certificate with the name ‘MR DOCTOR MAN’ could be a song.
