We've all taken a selfie... or 10, because nailing that perfect selfie is so difficult! But this 22-year-old from UK is on another selfie level altogether. Junaid Ahmed, who calls himself the "selfie king", takes about 200 selfies a day!

Don't watch me, watch yourself ๐Ÿ˜˜

With more than 52,600 followers on Instagram, Junaid lives for selfies and the likes. He spends up to 3 hours everyday getting himself ready for his photoshoots! And on top of that 3 hours, he also goes for weekly facials and gets his eyebrows done, all for the sake of maintaining that flawless Insta look.

"When I post a picture, in the first minute or two I'll probably get 100 likes and I love it, my phone goes crazy, it's just amazing." Now, Junaid doesn't just take a selfie and upload whenever—there are some research involved. He carefully plans his schedule and will only post photos during a specific time frame that he knows will get the most likes. Plus, anything that gets fewer than 500 likes after a certain time will be deleted. #SelfieGameOnPoint

This lifestyle has its setbacks too. According to Junaid, his addiction to selfies (a legit problem known as Selfitis) has caused some tension in his family. "They're like, 'Can't you go to a meal and not take a picture?', and I'm like, 'No, I didn't get ready for 3 hours for no reason'. Why would I not take a picture?" he explained.

In a surprising twist though, Junaid clarified that he understands that this Insta life shouldn't be taken too seriously. He said, "Social media is fun using it in the right way. But don't let it affect your life purely because you aspire to be what someone else on Instagram is being... it's just not worth it." WORD.
