Teen Invented A Fan That Prevents The Spread Of Germs On Planes

He’s a genius!

Do you always fall sick every time you travel? Well, there’s a scientific explanation for that, and it’s a simple one—planes are prime breeding grounds for germs. There are so many passengers on a plane who share the same air for hours, which means there’s a higher chance that bacteria from one person will find its way to someone else.

To tackle this issue, a 17-year-old teen, Raymond Wang, has invented a fan that filters air out of the cabin, thus reducing air-sharing and, consequently, disease-catching, on planes.

He’s a genius!
