Many businesses too have had to adapt to the new lifestyle change and because of that, we now have the very first Nasi Kandar drive-thru!

Penang is known for their various types of delicious foods and one of them is of course, nasi kandar. We’re salivating just thinking about it!
Drive-thru’s have existed in Malaysia for a while now and they normally serve fast food. But now, there’s one that serves nasi kandar.

Hussain Nasi Kandar is a well-known nasi kandar franchise especially in Penang and Kedah. The franchise has announced that they have opened a new outlet near the toll plaza in Sungai Dua, Penang, but this time they’re things a little differently.
Customers will be able to get their nasi kandar fix straight to their (car) doorsteps and keep safe at the same time!

A safe and direct way to get nasi kandar, without stepping out of our cars? Yes, please!
Unfortunately, the drive-thru is only available in Penang so far but we’re hoping that they’ll soon be open in every state! Till then, we’re crossing our fingers and also hoping that the COVID-19 cases will go down so we’ll be able to travel inter-state again!
