It’s only the second week of the new year and it’s already awards season!

In case you didn’t know, the Golden Globe Awards kicked off the season this morning with many surprising wins in both the film and TV categories.

Hosted by Ricky Gervais, the awards show saw many firsts including Awkwafina’s win in Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy, making her the first ever Asian female to do so!
