Are you constantly swerving your car to avoid potholes? Or maybe you're stuck at a traffic light intersection for ages, just to find out that lights aren’t working? Yup, those driving problems. We all have them.
Instead of just grumbling about how these potholes and traffic lights never seem to get fixed, you can now do something about these issues!

Now, there's a way to actually get those problems fixed, just by opening an app!
Recently, the i-Tegur app was launched by Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad and the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT). The app aims to create a close relationship between the public and the local authorities.

i-Tegur will help the public file official complaints or raise issues that affect their residential areas. Instead of spending a whole day trying to report a complaint, you can now take a picture, fill in the details of the issue and send it straight through the app.
The best part about the app? It's not just potholes and broken traffic lights that you can raise a complaint about. You can also file complaints about irresponsible garbage disposal, blocked drains, insects or animals, public toilets and more! Our personal favourite category to place a complaint for? Open burning.
The app is simple and easy to use, and once you've submitted a complaint, you'll be notified that it has been sent to the correct city council or authority who will then review the issue.
Finally, an app that we needed! You can download the app for free via the App Store or Google Play Store!
