This Malaysian is stamping his position as one of the most prominent Esports figures in the world. He had humble beginnings playing in local tournaments when he was 16 years old. He won 2nd place this year at The International 2018, a Dota 2 tournament, which also saw him and his team bagging the US$817,029.60 (RM 3,373,515.22) prize. Who said gaming wouldn’t get you rolling in money in the future?!

All of us would know Yuna by now, the singer who’s also the first Malaysian to climb and stayed on international music charts, including the US Billboard charts, peaking at #5 back in 2016 with her album “Chapters”.

Golding isn’t so much of a stranger to Malaysian TV, having started off his career as a host first. His big break came when he got the role of Nick Young in Crazy Rich Asians, propelling him into Hollywood stardom. He also stars in A Simple Favour with Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick.
Recently, he was cast in an upcoming movie with Emilia Clarke. We’re looking forward to what our homeboy’s gonna be doing in the next few years!

Yup, that’s us! The 14th General Elections, which happened last May, proved to be the BIGGEST win yet for our country, when 82.32% of registered voters turned out to exercise their democratic rights. It also saw voters overseas working together to make sure that their votes count!
