Ye Rengxi is a 13-year-old girl from Hong Kong who dropped out of school a year ago. Today, she’s a CEO and the founder of the MinorMynas app!
Rengxi launched the app last May and it serves as a global platform for children to interact and study online! The app now has more than 5,000 downloads in over 50 countries!
“I believe that the best way to connect societies and different people is through children, because we are still young and we are still open-minded,” she said about the creation of her app.
Her road to success wasn’t always so smooth though. She used to be bullied—things got so bad, she wasn’t able to blend in at school, leading her parents to take her out of school. “She was the last one to leave middle school every day because she hid in the restroom to avoid seeing others,” Rengxi’s mother explained.
We’re happy to see how things have turned out for Rengxi. The young entrepreneur even caught the attention of Chinese business magnate, Jack Ma, who invited her to deliver a speech at his entrepreneurs foundation!
