We’re not ashamed to admit that when we were younger, there was a time when wetting the bed or wetting our pants was normal. Thankfully, we grew out of that phase and we know many of you have too.

One company however, is revisitng our childhood nightmares by launching a range of jeans that literally look like you’ve wet yourself.

Wet Pants Denim, a company in the US, has recently launched a new range of jeans with a patch on the front that makes it look like the individual has had a little accident.

According to the company, “Celebrities, influencers and everyday individuals alike are feigning incontinence in search of the ‘wet pants’ look.”

Um. Sure.

“Here at Wet Pants Denim, we’re delivering an indentical style without the need to feel uncomfortable,” the firm went on to say.

“Our jeans are individually procured for each order and hand-dyed, ensuring that every pair is one-of-a-kind. We also make hats.”

The “wet jeans” come in three different styles and colours.

Those who wish to own such a… uniquely designed pair of jeans will be able to choose between blue, grey and white, and they are all priced at $75 (RM309) per pair.

If you’re thinking that paying over RM300 for a pair may be a bit much, the company offers a cheaper option where customers can send in their own pair of jeans and have the team work their magic for $30 (RM123) instead.

“We know our pricing isn’t possible for everyone, and that you may not need an entirely new pair of jeans,” the company’s website reads.

“In an effort to reach a wider customer base and do our part to reduce textile pollution, we’re happy to provide our iconic aesthetic on a pair of jeans that you already own, at a fraction of the cost.”

Unfortunately, if you’re living outside the US and wish to own a pair of these “Wet Look, Dry Feel” jeans, they are not available and the company states that any international orders will be cancelled.

We don’t know about you but we’ll pass on these new… fashionable jeans.

We like our jeans looking nice and dry, thanks.

What do you think about this new “wet jeans” trend? Would you get yourself a pair if you could? Let us know!
