In a post that went viral last week, a netizen described how an elderly Malaysian staggeringly walked into the cinema with his hands full of drinks and popcorn and gave the treats to her.
The netizen revealed that he disappointedly mumbled, “They didn’t come, uncle treat you all, it’s free,” repeatedly—and it’s breaking our hearts!

What made it more heartbreaking was that the uncle was sleeping throughout most of the movie.
Many netizens suspected that he was possibly FFK-ed by his children or family. Some even commented that it was heartless to make the uncle wait then ditch him at the very last minute.

So, the next time you want to bail on someone, think of how the other person would feel! Plus, it’s totally not a cool thing to do.
