If given the option, would you have a pizza a day for the rest of your life?
Mike Roman, a 41-year-old man from New Jersey, USA, recently featured on a podcast to discuss his interesting eating habits. The teacher claims to have eaten at least one pizza a day for the past 37 years!

The pizza fan's love for pizza began when he was 3 or 4-years-old when his mother introduced him to the dish for the first time. According to Mike, he apparently loved it so much that he kept asking for more every day until his parents finally decided to stop trying to convince him to eat other foods as well. Since then, Mike has been eating pizza at least once a day!
Speaking to the New Theory podcast he said, "I get it from different places, so it's a nice variety. It's not a big deal. I know some people are really into fine dining, or they're called foodies or whatever, and they like things, but dinner to me is nothing really that special. You gotta eat because you're hungry."

Mike had reportedly been eating pizza for all three meals for many years, but he recently switched between pizza and peanut butter sandwiches for lunch. He still has a pizza a day for dinner though.
The pizza lover admitted to munching on toast or crackers for some meals throughout his life sometimes, but he found himself turning back to the love of his life. Even his dating life revolved around pizza! He would tell his dates that the restaurants they visited had to serve pizza.
"Look, if we go anywhere it has to have pizza. It doesn't have to be a pizza spot," he explained.

Mike even had pizza on his wedding day and through his honeymoon in Aruba!
But what about his health right? The teacher noted that his cholesterol had gone up over the years, but it has recently gone down and his general health has been find. That's good to know.
And just in case you wanted to know, Mike says he prefers plain thin crust Margarita pizza.
