With so many exams, tests and revisions, it sometimes hard to motivate yourself to study continuously. Luckily, this student found a self-reward method to ensure that studying is not as difficult as it usually is.

@dermarollerMY’s Twitter account recently posted a tweet to help keep students motivated to study. The main tip? Money and snacks.
Yup! The images shared showed a student’s revision notes, that’s been filled and marked by chocolate bars and money. The tweet reads:
“For students who read one page and stop studying, give this tip a try! Look at it as motivation and a self-reward for when you finish each chapter. Like me, who gets excited by money, I used money as my reward.”
While many on Twitter saw the tip as an innovative reward method, there were some who wondered if - given the amount of snacks, the method was a healthy one. Some even questioned their own powers of restraint!
Now, everyone has their own way of studying. But if this method works for you, we’re all for it! Would you give this self-reward tip a try?
