Accio new Harry Potter books!

We're still waiting for our letter from Hogwarts, but in the meantime, we'll take any way to delve deeper into the wizarding world of Harry Potter!

Sadly, the new books are not written by J.K. Rowling herself, but Insight Editions is offering creative extensions of the original stories, offering pop-up scenes and tips for those inspired by the movie franchise.

1. A Pop-Up Guide to Hogwarts

A Pop-Up Guide to Hogwarts is written by Matthew Reinhart and is set to be released on 1st November! The book opens flat to form a pop-up of Hogwarts and its grounds. The book also brings the Marauder's Map and the flying Ford Anglia to life!

2. Creatures: A Paper Scene Book

The second book, Creatures: A Paper Scene Book will be released on 1st November as well. This carefully-crafted book contains four intricate paper-cut scenes that showcase magical creatures you would recognise from the original series, like hippogriffs, dragons, thestrals and merpeople from the films in silhouette!

3. Imagining Hogwarts: A Beginner's Guide to Moviemaking

Written by Bryan Michael Stoller, Imagining Hogwarts: A Beginner's Guide to Moviemaking is set to be released on 30th October. The book teaches readers how to make costumes and storyboards!

Grab your wands, and get ready to go on a magical adventure again!
