How many times have you placed your order at a restaurant only to end up being served something that doesn't look at all from what was pictured on the menu?

While Japan is often known for its elaborate and Instagram-worthy food packaging and presentation, sometimes it can miss its mark too, and in the case of Twitter user @mizuryu, the mark was WAY off.
Recently, @mizuryu sported a discounted pack of sushi manju, and was quick to snap it up. For the uninitiated, sushi manju is a popular traditional Japanese sweet treat made of a bun-like exterior, and filled with something sweet such as red bean paste.
Now, don't they look delicious? Imagine snacking on the sushi, only to realise they are actually sweet little buns instead! Alas, the excitement didn't last long for @mizuryu, because when he got home and unboxed the treats, he found this instead:
Instead of being sushi-like, the buns turned out to be ordinary-looking ones with pictures of sushi-related items merely drawn on them—and not very well-drawn, may we add.

Why would they play with someone's feelings like that?! So, the next time you get excited about trying a new snack from the store, remember, "all pictures shown are for illustration purpose only".
