Remember watching those emotional videos featuring our Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamed during the election period?
There was one video where the 93-year-old could be heard sobbing while talking to a cute little girl named Aisyah and her brother Adam. Tun M said in the video, “I am already old. I am past 90. I don’t have much time but within my means, I will try my best to work together with all my friends to rebuild our nation.”
Then there was that other video where he sends a message to the hope of Malaysia’s future saying, “I can’t do everything by myself, I’m putting all my hope on the young ones.”
For this year’s National Day, Tun M, Aisyah and Adam has made a comeback with another video. This clip carries another special message from the man himself, “Fly the Jalur Gemilang, Love Our Malaysia.” This video was posted by the Information Department with hashtags @SayangiMalaysiaku and #KibarJalurGemilang.
