According to We Got This Covered, the Asgardian warrior may be getting her own Disney+ series after Thor: Love and Thunder makes its way to the big screen.
The website site noted that a reliable source had revealed Marvel’s big plans for Valkyrie following the fourth Thor movie.
“This intel comes to us via the same source who previously told is that Marvel was working on shows for both Ms. Marvel and She-Hulk before they were officially announced by the studio this past weekend,” the site stated. “So we have no reason to doubt it.”

The Asgardian warrior made her second appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Avengers: Endgame where the God of Thunder named her king of New Asgard at the end.
Valkyrie will be make her next appearance in Love and Thunder in 2021 and we’re totally excited to see one of our favourites back in action, especially with female Thor on board!

In Thor: Ragnarok, Valkyrie’s history was established as a member of Asgard’s elite squad of female warriors back in the planet’s glory days. Unfortunately, her sisters were slaughtered when they were to battle with Hela.
Valkyrie was the only one to have survived the battle and spent the next 1,000 years on Sakaar where she worked as a scrapper for the Grandmaster.

As such, if the rumour is true, it would be interesting to see what a series about Valkyrie would be about.
Would it focus on the warrior’s past and her glory days with her sisters by her side? Or would it focus on Valkyrie’s journey as the new king of Asgard?
Either way, we’re excited and really hoping that the rumour of a Valkyrie based series is true! Would you want to watch a Valkyrie series? Let us know!
