Sometimes when you’re eating or about to eat a meal, you may come across something that… shouldn’t be there.
A prime example happened a few weeks ago when a woman found a deep fried towel instead of the fried chicken she was expecting.
Now, finding an household item in your meal is definitely off-putting, but imagine finding a tooth. A human tooth.

When a woman in Singapore ordered some fish and chips from a coffee shop stall, the last thing she expected to find was a tooth.
Speaking to Mothership, the woman who posted her tooth-ful meal on Facebook, shared that she noticed that something was wrong when she took her second bite of the meal.
Spitting out her bite, the woman was momentarily confused by what she found but upon further inspection, she found a tooth embedded together in the fish.
At first, she thought that it was a fish tooth that she had bitten into, but her friend who was with her at the time, pointed out that it was bigger than a fish tooth should be and looked more like a human one…

The woman was immediately horrified and disgusted when she realised that she may have had someone else’s tooth in her mouth!
She was traumatised by the incident, and for good reason.
After finding the alleged human tooth, the woman brought the meal (and tooth) back to the stall she had ordered from and was offered another meal in exchange for the tainted fish and chips.
She however, declined the replacement meal and asked for a refund instead, which was promptly received.
According to the woman, the staff at the stall were also shocked at her traumatic find.

The owner, who is aware of the unfortunate incident, told Mothership that he is currently conducting internal investigations to find out where the foreign object came from.
He shared that his two staff who were manning the stall at the time, have been ruled out and he has also reached out to his food supplier to find out if the tooth came from them.
The stall owner was able to reach out to the woman and apologise over the traumatic incident, and the woman has since deleted her post from Facebook.

Well… We’ll be thoroughly looking through our food before putting it in our mouths from now on…
