We might like eating seafood but most of us hates the difficult part – peeling the seafood shell! Especially when it comes to prawns, crabs or crayfish…

But if you happen to enjoy peeling seafood shells, you can now do it as a job and get paid up to RM6000 a month!

A restaurant in China hired two seafood peelers to help customers peel crayfish shells off while customers stay glued on their phone without getting their hands dirty.

He Nanxin, a fourth-year university student and one of the seafood peeler said, “every month my salary can reach five figures” and that she earns more than RM6250 (US$1570) a month.

“Peeling crayfish is actually quite an annoying thing to do and your hands get dirty, so we have introduced professional crayfish peelers here.

The service is mainly designed for customers that wants to play their mobile game while they eat. “The customers often team together and play Honour of Kings or other games,” said the restaurant owner.

Would you want to work as a seafood peeler or will you more likely to be the customer getting the service instead? Tell us!
