Technology has advanced to a point where we can change how we look and/or sound in real-time without even needing to put in effort. But sometimes these things glitch… to reveal what lies beneath.
A young streamer from China called “Your Highness Qiao Biluo” was recently live-streaming with another streamer, Qingzi when the number of viewers had a drastic drop!
That’s when she realised that the graphics covering her face had stopped working and revealed that she’s actually a 58-year-old auntie!
During the livestream, fans wanted to know more about the streamer, and she said that she would meet them in real life for RM59,897 (100,000 yuan)
“I can’t show my face until I receive gifts worth 100,000 yuan. After all, I’m a good-looking host,” she said as her fans started sending their donations.
The streamer was called a “cute goddess” and had over 130,000 followers and was known for her “sweet and healing voice”.
The streamer made the news in China and while many of her premium fans pulled out and called her a fraud, she gained support instead and got half a million followers more and became the most searched streamer on DouYu.
