Cashless transactions are taking over the world and almost everyone uses them… even beggars!
A Facebook post recently went viral showing a beggar in China and a girl making a cashless transaction by scanning her WeChat QC code!
The guy that posted the photo, Fazil Irwan, wrote in the caption explaining that almost everything in China uses WeChat to make transactions and how his friends were approached by the beggar.
“Some of our friends went for dinner and a beggar on the road asked for money. One of our friends told the beggar that she didn't have cash.”
“The beggar said it's ok, you can pay through WeChat. And that's what she did.”
Many netizens find it amusing, calling the incident “next level” and how the beggars are “upgrading” too!
