We’ve all heard stories of brave doggos who do anything for their owners but this one brave doggo jumped into the sea to protect his owner from a shark!
A brave kelpie recently went viral after she was filmed jumping into the sea to chase a shark away when it swam close to her owner!
The owner was taking a video of the shark in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park before Tilly the dog leaped into the water!
Tilly ran into the water with no hesitation and the shark, sensing the dog running into the water, was startled and swam away.
The loyal dog decided to swim a little deeper to search for the shark before coming back after she was satisfied with the shark’s absence.
The caption of the video wrote, “Tilly the guard dog keeping the sharks away from Haggerstone Island.”
Many netizens were impressed with the dog’s bravery while others were worried about the dog’s safety.
Either way it’s definitely impressive and heart-warming to see how much a dog is willing to do for their owners when they sense them in danger!
