As man’s best friend, we love our doggos immensely and would do anything for them while keeping them safe. And they too would do anything for us.
One man from the Philippines showed us just how much he loved doggos by swimming through deep flood waters just to save one!

When parts of the country was hit by Typhoon Vamco (aka Typhoon Ulysses), a brave man in Marikina, Philippines, was met with a difficult situation.
The typhoon has caused extreme flooding and widespread damage throughout the main Luzon Island and people were advised to seek higher ground for their safety.
Instead of making his way to higher ground, the unnamed man came across a dog trapped in a nearby flooded house. And, the dog didn’t even belong to him!
The man decided to take a risk and jumped into the muddy and debris-filled waters to try and save the poor dog that was barking for help.

“I really admire the man because of how bravely he rescued the trapped dog from the flooded house,” said Sheryl, an onlooker.
This man deserves all the props for his brave efforts!
