The 2-storey, 43,000 sqft one-stop hub is an integrated high-tech facility combining sales, service, spare parts supplies, and body and paint servicing. It’s also packed with Carro’s proprietary technology and certified experts.
During its launch on 15 June officiated by Transport Minister Anthony Loke, he praised Carro for “[taking] the lead to not only standardise their inspection process across the country, but also enhance the process with their own technologies. This is the gold standard that all used car marketplaces should achieve.”
Here’s what you can find at the Carro 4S Centre:
- A retail showroom that can display up to 6 vehicles
- Roomy customer lounges and a sale office
- 8 Servicing bays and a dedicated spray-paint booth
- Ability to service 250 to 300 cars a month, and 50 body-and-paint jobs
- You can take pics with Carro Certified rides at the official delivery bay too

Let Carro Care take care of all your after-sales and servicing procedures, including high-quality bodywork and paint restoration services, helmed by Japanese paint master Junpei Yamamoto.
All you need to do is show up to the centre, and they’ll get everything else done for you!
Can I get my car serviced at the 4S Centre if I didn’t buy from Carro?
The answer is YES! If you don’t own Carro Certified cars, you’re welcome to service or refurbish your car at Carro too.
“4S Centres historically have been reserved for brand-specific dealerships and distributors. However, we really want every used car owner to have the opportunity to step into a 4S building and experience the same level of care, detail, and transparency,” said Carro Malaysia CEO Derrick Eng.
