An adorable cat by the name of Pisco, is making his way around the internet as people start to notice something very familiar about him.
The golden British shorthair cat looks just like the animated character Puss in Boots from Hollywood’s mega hit Shrek!
It’s so cute we had to take a second look! Or third..or fourth..or all day, really!
What drew people's attention was when Pisco held up his paws and begged for food with his huge moon-like eyes. Sound familiar?

Pisco's owner recognised the striking similarities between her cat and the animated hero and set up an Instagram account (@pisco_cat) for him back in 2018. He now has over 600k followers and counting!
Aside from Instagram, Pisco also has over 40k followers on TikTok (@pisco_meow) where his owner shares videos of Pisco doing acting challenges, playing computer games, trying on costumes and living his best cat life while sleeping in boxes.
Pisco lives in New York with his owners and has a big following on social media. The 2-year-old cat gets a lot of love on his socials from his loyal fans.
However, Pisco’s owner stated that he was not always so photogenic and sociable.
"When we first got Pisco he wasn’t the cuddle bear he is right now.” they explained. "He was very skittish and wouldn’t want us to hold him or touch him at all.
"But every day we show him it’s okay and we wouldn’t force him to cuddle or grab him. Soon he became a lot more confident and started to get curious.” they added. “And now he’s a super teddy bear and loves to cuddle."
Pisco's Instagram is filled with snaps of the golden ginger moggy with his saucepan round eyes, soft chubby cheeks and his fans just can't help loving his hats, as each snap gets thousands of likes.
