Chadwick Boseman’s Tribute Tweet Becomes ‘Most Liked Tweet’ Of All Time

The world was shocked yesterday by the devastating news that actor Chadwick Boseman had passed away at the age of 43 after a four-year battle with colon cancer.

To share the sad news of the actor’s death, his family took to social media with a beautiful tribute.

Now, Twitter has announced that the tweet that shared the unfortunate news has taken the highest honour of the “Most Liked Tweet” of all time.

Twitter’s official account shared the news with a simple statement saying: “Most liked Tweet ever. A tribute fit for a King. #WakandaForever.”

Currently, the tweet has 6.6 million likes and 3 million retweets, and the number continues grow as the minutes pass.

Since news of Chadwick’s passing was first made public, social media has been flooded with tributes and love for the late actor from around the world, including from his fellow Avengers like Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans.
