A company in China reportedly allows their staff to get paid leaves if they are having a bad day and won’t question you for it!
Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?
The company called China Dinosaur Park, aims to reduce workspace negativity for their staff - that have to spend most of their time dealing with customers at the theme park, and wanted to show their care and appreciation for their staff.
The staff working at the park are allowed to take a paid leave each month to keep the stress from workplace away!
