Sometimes animals got natural pigmentation that makes them look unique or funny and this dog got rejected for just that.

A dog in Russia was rejected by families looking to adopt a dog because of her natural pigmentation that made it look like she has perfectly arched eyebrows!

“This is the case of hair pigmentation which doesn’t depend on a breed. Like a birthmark it might become a bit lighter with years but it will never disappear,” said veterinarian Nadezhda Grozetskaya.

Named Betty, she was first found when she was five-months-old on the outskirts of Bratsk, Russia by volunteers and were placed in a local shelter.

“I’ve been working here at the shelter for a very long while but never saw anything like this,” said volunteer Olesya Novopoltseva.

Betty was constantly rejected and people were freaked out but eventually found a home after the shelter posted photos of Betty on social media!

“I actually cried when I saw a post about her, and said that she was to become my dog,” said Oksana, the lady that adopted her. “She is incredibly smart, she already made friends with my 17 year old cat.”

Betty went viral and is even scheduled to appear on national TV in Russia. She also has over 4000 followers on Instagram!
