While staying at home to help stop the spread of COVID-19 may have us being bored out of our minds, there are some who are extremely happy and over the moon with the fact that we’re stuck at home. Who? Our beloved pets.

One sausage dog in Sussex, England though was so happy that his owners and family were home that he ended up spraining his tail from wagging it too much in excitement!
According to his owner Emma Smith, Rolo got himself injured from “excessively wagging” his tail and had to be taken to the vet.
“So my dog has been so happy that everyone is home for quarantine, that his tail has stopped working,” she tweeted. “So we went to the vet and the vet said he had sprained his tail from excessively wagging it.”
If you’re wondering how Rolo’s doing, Emma says that he’s doing well and is still super happy to have everyone home.
“Didn’t expect this [to] happen, for those asking, he is currently on pain relief and the vet said he should be healed within a week, this is him on the 2nd day,” she tweeted with a video. “He is super happy and there is now movement from side to side but he is struggling to lift it up in the air.”
All over the Twitterverse, Rolo is getting love from human and canine friends alike with pet owners also sharing their pet stories from the quarantine.
We truly don’t deserve our pets!
We hope Rolo makes a full recovery soon so that he can go on wagging his little tail (but maybe not too much)!
