A girl recently posted her before and after transformation picture on Twitter and it received a lot of attention from Malaysian netizens!
After
She revealed that she had lost over 35kg within six to seven months and decided to share her secret to achieving it.
One of her secrets is to eat less and eat her food from a small plate to trick herself into believing she’s eating a lot and to drink a lot of water. Most importantly, chew slowly so you can feel full faster.
That’s not the only way! She also hits the gym five times a week after school with a 40 minute cardio and limits her diet to no more than 1000 calories. She also cut out fast food.
And last but not least make sure the food you eat is not oily and eat rice in small portions!
You go girl! Maybe we should start hitting the gym too…
