Let’s be honest, mention healthy meals and it’s likely that your mind immediately conjure images of bland and unadventurous food that is likely raw. Not exactly the kind of food that screams yummy, right?

But, we’re here to tell you that healthy meals are… well, not only healthy, they can also be yummy! But, that’s not enough for you is it? It also has to be worthy of the Internet! Yea, we know you guys love to Instagram your meals.

Fret not, we’ve got you covered. Here are some healthy meals that just look awesome possum…

For breakfast: Smashed avocado toast with soft-boiled egg

What better way to start your day than a nice serving of avocados? This superfood is packed with nutrients that can protect you from heart, eye, and brain diseases.

Look at how nice and green they are! You really don’t need to apply any Instagram filter with such a photogenic meal.

For lunch: Tomata, feta, and dill frittata

Everything about this meal is just so awesome! It looks good, tastes good, and is really good for you as well. Feta cheese is a good source of calcium, important for strengthening bones. Feta cheese also provides you with probiotics that boosts immune system and protects your gut.

Also, look at how good it looks! Even without the floral tablecloth, this dish has the right splash of colours for Instagram.

For dinner: Pasta salad with salmon

The essential ingredient in every healthy meal! In addition to being a great source of protein and B vitamins, salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids known for decreasing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and reducing the risk of cancer.

A minimalist meal it might be, but, the combination of orange, green, and red makes for a catchy photograph.

Properly assembled, you get a stunning bowl of colours fit for your Instagram page.
